Dieting Fail

So, I totally feel like this, like everyday of my life. I mean, I eat right… for the most part, but I do NOT exercise. I cannot stand to SWEAT. Fat girl problems. But seriously, what do you do to stay on track with your regime? Pointers and advice very welcome!

  1. Oh, you’re talking my language! I fail epically every day too. I think it’s because by the end of the day I’ve had enough and chocolate is such a frenemy: being all sweet to my face but then being bitchy about the size of my arse behind my back.
    I go to jazz class once a week. I’ve had two dance teachers retire on me in the past, but I always feel better dancing. And because all my skinny friends run I’ve started that too. Except I’m not a natural runner. Every step is hell and so far I’m still a fattie. šŸ˜¦ So, sorry, no tips; just plenty if empathy. Xx

    • OMG! Lol. I am the type that if you see me running, you better run too, because something is after me! And chocolate and ice cream RUIN me. I took up Zumba once, and almost died. (Not really, but it was ROUGH). That was enough of a warning that I needed to just stay fat. šŸ™‚


      • I think I might pretend that something is chasing me next time I go out. Although I’ll probably just end up giving in/hiding in a bush. My current trick of treating myself to a new nail varnish by not dying by the end is getting expensive. Although my nails have never looked better. At least that’s one part of my body I don’t hate. But it wasn’t exactly the plan.

  2. I think it’s great to reward yourself! Lol. I should reward myself if I run or sweat a lot. I’ll have to come up with something. Maybe if I exercise 4 or 5 hours a week, I can reward myself with the new Walking Dead comic that comes out bi-weekly. And I need to keep that frame of mind- I’ll pretend zombies are chasing me, and I can also be fit if the apocalypse happens! šŸ˜‰

  3. Exercise is the devil that I unfortunately need to make friends with. But from what I understand, a diet is all about balance. If you allow yourself to indulge every once in a while it keeps you from binge eating later. I have found that to be true. And it also helps to be poor. Lol.
